Tues - 6.5 miles including speed session 1x3K, 1x2K, 1x1K, 1x800m; Trainer
Wed - Recovery 5 miles, core class
Thurs - 8.5 miles w/ 10 x hill; trainer
Fri - Off
Sat - 20.5 miles - 18.7 done pacing Akron Marathon
Sun - 6.2 recovery miles
WTD: 46.7 miles
Tues - 6.5 miles including speed session 1x3K, 1x2K, 1x1K, 1x800m; Trainer
Wed - Recovery 5 miles, core class
Thurs - 8.5 miles w/ 10 x hill; trainer

Two barefoot outings, 2.2 miles on Monday and 3.1 miles on Thursday.
A total of 5.3 miles for the week, which, weirdly enough, seemed a bit too much, too soon.
I might need to delay a leap back into regular training until the house is well and truly done. It shouldn't be long... hopefully.
