Third week of CIM recovery and begin buildup to Boston

Mon - 5.6
Tue - 7.6
Wed - 4.4
Thu - 7.7
Fri - 5.5
Sat - 10.2
Sun - 7.2

47 or so for the week.  Threw in a few strides and ran some hilly routes.  Looks like this year will be lifetime best for mileage by about 100 over 2012.  We'll see what the final tally is on Wednesday.

M - 5mi recovery 
T - 10.1mi easy w/ 2x 2min vo2max
W - 6.9mi easy
Th - 5.3mi easy w/ 4x 8sec hill sprints
F - off
S - 28.4mi over 2 mountains with somewhere between 5500-7000' gain/loss
S - 7.4mi recovery

Week - 63.1mi

Not quite gonna hit 2k this year due to the last 2 weeks with the flu/residual fatigue, but with 128hr cycling on top of the running, I'm content enough.

Tues - 6 total w/ 6 x 90 s hill
Wed - 8 recovery miles
Thurs - 5 easy w/ striders
Fri - Day off
Sat - Travel day
Sun - 11 miles (humid), 5 miles walking to/from lunch
