Hamstring/Thigh Compression Sleeve Empty Hamstring/Thigh Compression Sleeve

I am looking into purchasing a compression sleeve for my healing hamstring for Boston.  Has anyone every used a compression sleeve on there hamstring?  Pros? Cons? How should it fit?

Any insight would help.

I've used compression shorts for running and a sleeve for playing tennis.  The sleeve drove me crazy as it didn't seem to stay in place.  The compression shorts were great and I ran an entire marathon in them without issue.  I still wear them if my hammie bothers me.
