Somehow blundered into an abrupt increase in miles this week.

Mon: 16.2 miles long run, 3.4 mile hike in the woods
Tue: 2.3 miles walking at lunch
Wed: 3.1 miles barefoot (hit 500th mile barefoot!)
Thu: 6.3 miles low HR
Fri: 3.1 miles on trails
Sat: Rest
Sun: 6 miles lowish HR

Week: 40.5 miles

T - 4mi easy
W - 6.1mi trail
Th - 5mi easy
F - flying back to DC
S - 3.7mi easy + 45min bike
S - 8.5mi trail

Mon - Weights and core
Tues - 10 easy with striders
Wed - 6.2 recovery; Yoga
Thurs - 9.3 miles with 5 @ LT 
Fri - Yoga
Sat - 5 easy miles
Sun - 16.2 hilly miles

WTD: 46.6
