Not running so much as trying to do all three things.

Mon - Swim 1900 yds
Tues - Run 4 easy miles; Strength
Wed - Return to Ohio
Thurs - 6 miles total - 8 x 400 m (consistently between 1:44 and 1:46)
Fri - Swim 2500 yds, Bike easy 28 miles
Sat - Bike 40 miles with 2 x 20 min hard
Sun - Run 10 miles; Swim 1500 yds
