Mon - 5 miles; Work with Trainer
Tues - Hill Repeats 9.1 miles
Wed - Swim 2100 yds
Thurs - 12.1 miles w/ 10 @ MP-10
Fri - easy 5 mi; Swim 2900 yds
Sat - 16 mi w/ last 2 hard
Sun - 5 recovery miles
WTD: Run: 52.2 miles
Swim: 5000 yds
Bike: 0 as it rained on Tuesday night & Sunday and didn't feel like using the trainer.
Tues - Hill Repeats 9.1 miles
Wed - Swim 2100 yds
Thurs - 12.1 miles w/ 10 @ MP-10
Fri - easy 5 mi; Swim 2900 yds
Sat - 16 mi w/ last 2 hard
