Oh My! I'm the one who is remiss ... and on my own birthday no less! Thanks all for your greetz folks. Even though my annual mileage is the lowest since I started training more formally in 2007 I haven't thrown in the towel and I don't intend to. I'll be back up on the horse and training for age group competitive performance this winter. All the best to all of you. Cheers!
