Starting taper (huh!)

Mon - 1800 yd Swim (race pace)
Tues - 19 mile Ride; 6 mile Run (6 x 3 min pushes)
Wed - Day off (Allergies acting up)
Thurs - 25 mile Ride - solid pace
Fri - 4 x (15 mile ride followed by 2 mile Run).  Total - 60 miles Bike, 8 mile Run (Under 8:30 mi pace)
Sat - Swim Across America 5K (5000m) Swim
Sun - 12 mile run - negative split
