summer 2010 to summer 2011 analysis Empty summer 2010 to summer 2011 analysis

Post  Kenny B. Wed Jul 20, 2011 10:00 am

I was looking over my HR and paces for my training runs from July 2010 vs. July 2011 the results are below. In all categories I am running faster with some substantially lower HR in almost all categories. This is main reason I like keeping track of my data so I can look back and say wow look at the improvement or not and see what I can do differently.

Please feel free to share your analysis either up or down and what it means for you.

What do the first 4 letters of analysis spell? Nice looking improvements Kenny! It is interesting that they aren't consistent across the board. Will this help you to focus you training on say LT?
