I chickened out this evening...

I made it through 4 of 5 x 3:00 (~5:30/mi) with 3:00 recovery at 8:15/mile.

This is a hard workout, but in 93F (102F Heat Index), it simply sucks! Sweaty
Made worse by being my second run of the day.
