Well Susie must really love you because she could have pushed to go longer then the 30.11 and collect double on the insurance money.

After that effort I think you can handle doing the 50k that you want to do. Again congrats and cool video.

I think I will register and see how I feel after the Monumental.
I am guessing I will be OK by then.
I did not run last week - one very tight, but not painful right hamstring.
Icing and rolling it - going out to try it again today.
Over 2 months before my marathon, so I know it will be OK.
