Recovery week

Monday - Return to Atlanta

Tuesday - Beautiful day here, rode 12 miles

Wednesday - Yucky day, rain. Nothing to report

Thursday - 3 easy miles

Friday - 6 easy miles

Saturday - 13.5 miles ended up running the course with the HM training group as they needed another coach to run. Easy 10 min pace with my peeps. Went well.

Sunday - Make-up tennis match

Total mileage: 22.5 miles

Legs feel great, but I have a slight cold (not surprised). Training begins again tomorrow.

YTD: 1775!

First of two weeks of taper before Philly next Sunday. Trying to fight off a cold that's settled in my chest and also giving the knee some additional rest, which I think it's responding favorably to.

Monday: 5 GA miles, about MP + 30 sec.
Wednesday: Final speedwork until Philly. 6.6 miles with intervals of 10 min/8 min/4 min. All between HM and 10k pace.
Thursday: 5 easy
Saturday: 8 easy with 2 at MP

Total: 24.6 miles
