Winter 2011/2012 Weight Loss Challenge!

What? This is a weight loss contest?

I think I'm like Mark with my fluctuation. Case in point:

Thursday morning: 136.x
Friday morning: 134.6
This morning: 132.6

Yes, I was out late Wednesday, drank a lot, and ate a lot. But I have no idea how I dropped 2 pounds in a day. But we'll go with today's, since I've been pretty good this week. 132.6.

EDIT: PS, Tim, is this by % bodyweight? % goal loss? Some other algorithm? Or straight pounds lost?

What was your starting weight?
I weighed in last Friday at 161, I'm not sure what my weight was when we actually started this challenge.

I think 138.6? It's on the chart.

This morning...141.8...another .4 loss. Not much but it's something and it's cumulative!

205.6 Not bad considering the backsliding this week -- pizza, ice cream, Superbowl party. Better luck next week Dave.

I was too embarrassed to report my weight last week, now I am holding at 156.5. I am optimistic things will begin going the right direction this week.

Put me down for another .4. I'm on track..usually losing .5 when I weighed on a different scale, so .4 is probably the equivalent. it's all good...slow but sure.
