How many miles did you run last week ?

What type of runs were they ?

I'm just curious were everyone is with mileage,I need to get mine up and hoping your answers will motivate me.

I ran 15 last week, some cross country, hills, and a tempo run,.I need to get up to 30 a week but I skipped my long run last week,I don't want to get in that habit,Embarassed when I'm not training for a specific marathon I get lazy...............

That would be the big goose egg for last week. I've been injured with a strained back for the past two weeks. After running 50 to 80 mpw all year long I'm out with an injury that probably isn't even running related.

However, this week, I'm already up to five miles! Yahooooooooo!

34 for me last week which was a low for the year (even including the week I ran Boston). I needed the break though, and I know that I need to run at least 10 tomorrow or Sat morning (depends on the weather and when the cold front comes in).

Only 12 last week (all on Saturday). It was slow, slow, slower.
I am still recovering from my marathon on Memorial Day weekend, and last week was a scheduling nightmare, so I decided to mostly rest. This week will probably end up at 28. Want to be back around 40 before long...

74.7 miles...Mostly just running with no plan. Paces were comfortable with nothing fast. The three times I wore a watch were 13 at 6:51, 10.5 at 6:51 and 9.3 at 6:45. Did a few doubles...I'll continue this thru the summer then hopefully run a decent late Fall HM and Club XC Champs...

25.5 miles total ... but that included 6.6 miles walking in shoes, 6.3 miles running in shoes, 5.4 miles hiking in Luna sandals and 5.2 miles running barefoot. Just keep moving, and it's all good. Mixing it up a bit can make it even more fun.

I don't recall last week right off, but it was around 18 miles and was my last week of marathon recovery. Here is this week:
Mon: 4
Tue: 4
Wed: 5 (with strides)
Fri: 3-4
Sat: 3-5 (5k with a warm up run)
total: 19-22

My marathon training starts next week, and will be around 28 miles.

47 leisurely miles. I average 12-13 minute miles with my run 3.5 minutes - walk 1 minute routine. I can sustain it and hopefully that will get me through 50 in one day in August. cheers

42 miles
recovery, long run, mile repeats, tempo

I am in post marathon and pre marathon phase I find incorporating some mile repeats and hal style tempo runs to keep me ready between cycles. I like the variety without to much stress. Long runs 10-14 more than suffices between cycles for me.

I didn't use my GPS watch this week, so I can't give you an exact mileage. It was roughly in the neighborhood of 0 miles, though. Give or take.

I got a bit carried away last week - had more days I could run longer, so I did. I think the grand total was 76. It was GREAT~!
