Great race by Shalane and Kara. Desi ran a good race 31:37. I hope Shalane runs the 10000 and goes for a medal. I think Desi's strength is the marathon, so I would like to see her go for that for the Olympics.

Can't say it enough Shalane is a STUD! 30:59 tonight WOW

That's why I love her at the marathon distance. GAMER!! And like you said she always shows up! The girl runs with all heart! I love that!! I think she has a chance to be one of the greats at the marathon distance.
