Sat planned rest day
Sun 3 - cut short due to groin area tendon pain (pretty sure that's what it was but it forced me to walk and kind of scared by it). Need to find some good cross training..

A few more miles this week, and an extra day of running.

Mon: 4.2 miles on the trails
Tue: Rest
Wed: 3.1 miles barefoot; 2.2 miles walking at lunch
Thu: 6.3 miles low HR
Fri: 3.5 miles barefoot
Sat: Rest
Sun: 4.4 miles low HR

Week: 23.7 miles

Sun: 2.0 miles in 30 minutes (1 minute running/1 minute walking)

Mon - Off
Tues - 6 miles w/8 x 400 in 1:37-1:42; core & weights
Wed - Easy 5.6; core 
Thurs - Easy 5 with striders
Fri - Easy 4 miles
Sat - 2 miles with striders
Sun - Erie Half Marathon - 1:43:12, 3rd AG  Warm up/cool down

WTD:  37.7 miles

Good week, two nice workouts, no pains...

Mon: 9.5 miles @ 7:26/mi
Tue: 8 miles @ 7:30/mi
Wed: 6 miles @ 6:38 with 5x800 w/400 jog rest (2:39.9,2:39.5,2:39.5,2:36.7,2:37.0)
Thu: 9.6 miles @ 7:32/mi
Fri: 7 miles easy
Sat: 13 miles in 1:22:28 6:21/mi
Sun: 7 miles easy

Wk: 60.1
Year: 1722.4

Sunday: rest
Monday:  Impromptu 4 mile tempo of 6 mile total, 10:24 pace, 73 degrees/73 degrees (that means ambient temp/dewpoint)
Tuesday:  3 mile recovery, 14:50 pace.  And yoga in the evening.
Wednesday:  rest
Thursday:  9 miles, 13:19 pace, 74 degrees/73 degrees
Friday:  rest
Saturday:  20 miles, 13:35 pace, 77 degrees/72 degrees
38 for the week.

Still in one piece.

ran 51 for the week in Detroit, Frankfurt and Victoria, BC.   Better week for the hamstring.  Great week for frequent flier mileage.
