Has a half in a week, and growing fear on my original goal of PR. Maybe I should back off a minute or two or three which would still give me a sub 3 in December. Hmmmm...

But what about your goal of going sub 3 and PRing in each race? Already shooting that down?

It's way too far out for a forecast to be anywhere near accurate. Heck, the evening before I ran Cape Cod, they were forecasting snow, rain and gusts up to 60 mph! It didn't snow or rain, and the gusts never got worse than about 40 mph!

Btw, weather looks good for the next Sunday for me too. Not sure I have the same or better fitness than 2 years ago when I PR'd.

I'm looking at a low of 65 and a high of 79 with a 1/4" of rain on Sunday, for me. Good thing I'm not going for a PR.
