New American (Indoor) Record

Post  Michele "1L" Keane on Fri Jan 17, 2014 10:02 am

Seems like Rupp is back in true form.  http://www.flotrack.org/article/24325

This new track at BU is pretty fast (at least it feels it) as I have run on it with my daughter.  The next meet there is at the end of the month.

That is just amazingly fast. I would like to run one mile as fast as he averaged over 3.1.

Nope - not interested in track - just hockey and the woman's team played last night with the men's team tonight against across town rival Boston College.

I would like to be able to one 400 at that pace! Come to think of it, I think I would be really pushing trying to run a 200 at that pace...
