56 miles. Moving on up. Serious Bos training starts tomorrow. Way too many TM runs. This combination of snow and cold, which doesn't allow for any clear pavement in the subdivisions or sidewalks is killing me. Ugh.

Mon - Day off
Tues - 7.5 miles w/ 8 x 2.5 min hard; Work with trainer
Wed - 5 mile easy run on indoor track; Core class
Thurs - 7.5 mile run with 3 miles @ tempo pace (8 min); work with trainer
Fri - No run; Core class
Sat - 15.1 miles on TM, very tough run
Sun - 6.2 miles outside. 1st 3 were nice, but then the snow picked up and last 3.2 was very hard in the snow
WTD - 41.3 miles
Mon - Day off
Tues - 7.5 miles w/ 8 x 2.5 min hard; Work with trainer

Decent week of training, some slight pains in the AT and bones and toes, hopefully they go away as this week is a golf vacation (assuming the airports are open in the morning) so I should get a little break.
Mon - 7 miles
Tue - 9 miles with 4x1200m intervals
Wed - weights
Thu - 8.8 miles with 7 miles at MP
Fri - 7 miles
Sat - 12 miles
Sun - 8 miles
Week - 52 miles
YTD - 185 miles
