Things are s-l-o-w-l-y getting better, but not yet resolved, so I’m trying to ease back into it gradually.

Mon: Rest
Tue: Rest
Wed: Rest, with visit to sports medicine doc. Very unlikely to have stress fracture (woot!), but definite peroneal tendon issues, a weak core and “hypermobile” joints that make me super flexible but also wibbly-wobbly in places I shouldn't be. Rx: PT with emphasis on core and strength.
Thu: 3.1 miles barefoot
Fri: Experimented with core exercises. Oof!
Sat: Sore in all sorts of weird places.
Sun: 4.7 miles easy running/walking, plus an extra 2 miles walking in the evening.

Week: 9.8 miles
