Kind of just being.....

Mon - Core class
Tues - 5.5 miles with speed work (2K, 1mile,1K, 800m)
Wed - Easy 3.5 miles, Trainer
Thurs - 5 miles with 3@HF pace
Fri - Core class
Sat - Easy 8.5  (Group pacer for CLE marathon runners)
Sun - Easy 6.2

WTD:  28.7

Summer has arrived.  Too bad we skipped Spring.

Another week or two before running might resume...  All riding again:

M - 16.3mi easy
T - off, head cold
W - off, head cold
Th - 28.4mi commute to/from work
F - 40.2mi hills and heat
S - 30mi long tempo intervals
S - 46.5mi group ride

Week - 161.6mi, 9hr38min
