Kevin, that weather report isn't looking good for my 10 miler that I haven't started yet.

EDIT:

Thank God for water fountains.  Took a bath in one ~6.5mi in today.

M - 4.0
T - 6.1 w/ 4x hill sprints
W - ~1hr ride
Th - 6.4
F - off
S - 4.4 w/ 3x strides 
S - 8.6

Week - just shy of 30 + short ride

Thu - 5
Fri - off
Sat - 6 trails - supposed to be 10 but left knee started bothering me bad so I turned around early
Sun - 1.5 and had to shut it down and walked home as the knee hurt bad. Pain is at the back of knee as though I hyper-extended it but don't recall doing anything that would aggravate it...

Mon - Off; Core and weights
Tues - 8 total miles w/ 5x 3 min hard effort
Wed - 11.86 miles; Yoga
Thurs - 5 easy with striders
Fri - Off; Yoga
Sat - Easy 4 - 75F and humid
Sun - Presque Isle Half Marathon 1:48:13, MP run, Very warm (75F) at start; 83F at finish, humid  (We have not had this weather at all)
         4th AG, 204th/1425 overall  (15.1 total w/ warm up and cool down)

WTD:  44 miles
