M - drive from SLC to Collegiate Peaks area, CO
T - failed Mt. Elbert attempt (3.5mi w/ 1800' gain) + Freeway route on the 2nd Flatiron in Boulder (2.6mi w/ 1300' gain... 600' in less than .2mi)
W - 8mi fartlek (10 small bursts) + 3.4mi hike
Th - 6.6mi w/ 2600' gain up and down Green Mountain in Boulder
F - drive from Boulder to Chattanooga; yeah, it was a 20hr day
S - sleep
S - 10.5mi w/ 3mi+2mi @ half marathon pace in Chattanooga + rafting down the Upper and Middle Ocoee

Week - a lot of stuff and tired; this was supposed to be a cutback week, oops
