VERY nice here in DC.  You could say, in fact, it was a perfect day for a half marathon...

M - 7.3mi w/ 1340' gain through Amish country to the PA highpoint (Mt. Davis)
T - off
W - 6mi commute
Th - 3.3mi w/ 1mi tempo
F - off
S - 2mi w/ 4x strides
S - 15.6mi total w/ Parks Half Marathon 13.1 in 1:26:54 - yep, that's a huge PR

Mon - 2100 yd OWS (Open Water Swim) 
Tues - 3200 yd Pool Swim; Strength
Wed - 6.5 miles Run w/ 8 x 90 sec Pickups; 2100 yd OWS
Thurs - 26 mile Ride with 3 x 15 min Bursts
Fri - 4.5 mile Recovery Run, 21 mile Recovery Ride
Sat - 42 mile Ride, 4.2 mile Brick Run
Sun - 12.5 mile Long Run - 10 easy w/ 2 @ 8:04, 7:48 to finish

Someone is getting in some open water swimming...

Mon - Swim 700 yards
Tues - Bike 5.75, Pilates, Bike 5.75, Run 3 (brick)
Wed - forced rest day...to busy & to much smoke
Thur - 6.75 w/3x1 on treadmill
Fri - Swim 550 yards
Sat - MAC Dash sprint triathlon
Sun - Rest

          Week     YTD
Run     12.5      747
Bike     23         807
Swim   1250   196,560

Smoke has dissipated...back to marathon training
