The run will start at 3 pm today. Do I, one:

1. Should I do a half 10 minute pace and half 9:00 pace today for 50 minutes.
2. Do the whole 50 minutes at 10 minute pace, as I did not have an after effects yesterday? Do a half 10 and half 9 starting Monday.
3. Be really bold and go for a 9 minute pace the whole 50 minutes?

I would not be too bold - start at the 10 min pace, if it feels good after half way, then slowly pick it up monitoring your body as you go. Hope its a good one!

Yeah that is what I am thinking. I am also thinking of going without my orthotics for this one run. I have done it before. I was thinking of running in my racing flats, but that is a now a 3:30 PM decision.
