Kevin, Mike & Haley...congrats on a nice 5K.  Tough to do when it's still winter.

Michele...no wonder you're tired.  And congrats on the new bike.  FUN!

Mon - Core/strength, TBC (Total Body Conditioning), Swim 2500 yds
Tue - Pilates, Aqua Jog
Wed - Core/strength, TBC, Swim 2800 yds
Thur - Pilates, Aqua Jog, Bike 12.2
Fri - Family conflicts
Sat - Eagle Bakery Run 4.7 mi group fun run
Sun - Bike trainer 30 min, TM 30 min, Bike Trainer 30 min

I hate the trainer and the TM but the weather has not been conducive to outdoor riding and I needed to get some time in the saddle and I couldn't handle more than 30 minutes without a change of pace.
