Race Week
Mon - OWSwim 2200 yds, Work with Trainer
Tues - 40' Fartlek Run; Bike 24 miles
Wed - 1400 yd Swim w/Longer intervals.
Thurs - 40 min Ride/20 min Brick Run
Fri - 1500 yd Swim (5 x 100 hard); Shakeout Run 3 miles
Sat - 20 min Ride, 10 min Fartlek run
Sun - Im 70.3 Chattanooga 5:27:31 8th in AG
Mon - OWSwim 2200 yds, Work with Trainer
