I didn't know where exactly to post this....maybe start a thread or category for nutritional topics?

Anyway, I wanted to say that if anyone out there is looking for a food tracking site, I have found a GREAT site called, fitclick.com. I like Sparkpeople.com for reference material and articles. Anyway, just thought I'd share...

I've used LoseIt! on and off, but more to maintain (my appetite plummets when my training gets REALLY high) and make sure I don't disappear.

Also, nutritiondata.com for actual information. Even has estimated glycemic load for those of you who shoot for high-glycemic-index foods after workouts.

Funny you mention that Michele...I though the same thing! I'd love to have that issue...unfortunately for me, I'm just the opposite! lol!

my appetite keeps up with my training.

I use fitday off and on but more often gravitate to a low tech scrap piece of paper or just don't log anything.

Ladies - I'm sure that one day my Oreo&PB-as-recovery-food habit will catch up with me. And then I'll be using it for the reason most people use it for Mad
