V-Team
I'm almost in taper, therefore, I am starving for stuff to read and wanted to see what was on the old forums these days. I can't log onto Training peaks anymore. Sometimes it says login failed. Sometimes it just takes me back to the log in screen. I even tried creating a new account. How about anyone else--can you access the old forums?
Re: V-Team
yup. it's easy. and you don't have to log in. you can browse all you want. just go here.

that is my new discovery for the night. You can search marathons on their interactive map.
But regarding TP, I haven't had problems logging in.

Definitely worth checking out, an update from Rhondda and a new blog from Liz!

So, has HH backed away from only participating/answering questions for subscribers? Interesting if so ...since that was a bit change in my opinion that led to a decline in interest in the V-Team.

And that link, which I've tried, does this:

Weird. I'm using Firefox...I'll try Safari. I've been wondering about Rhondda.
Re: V-Team
I can log in without a problem, so check this post out as Hal admits that the traffic is down by over 30%. Interesting as Chicago is only a month away!!!

I read that post a while back, and there were quite a few parts I found, lets say, "interesting"

no, I wouldn't say that. The only people posting are members (mostly new).

Actually, yes.
At one time, not too long ago, Hal created a special forum that was only visible to those who paid a subscription fee through trainingpeaks. At that time, Hal had said he would limit his personal replies to those who subscribed (paid) and posted in that special forum.
Apparently, that didn't work so well. He's now back to posting responses to all who post in the main forums.

Oh, I missed that, and I was a non paying forum member since 2006. Funny. I thought she just meant the lack of anonymous postings.

Matt - interesting. I thought that was an interesting choice at the time ... guess it didn't work out so well.

This site seems to have slowed down a bit.

No problem getting to Hal's Forum with Firefox 3.6.22, but I was accessing as a guest without logging in.
I also read the thread above, also 'interesting.'
