I totally forgot to weigh last week before leaving for Minneapolis. I weighed 134.8 on Tuesday, forgot to weigh again Friday. Yesterday I was 137. I'm going to weigh tomorrow and post it if it's less than 137. If not, go with that. Man, I liked seeing that sub 135 the other day! Must've been post-marathon water weight loss!

Week started off great. 173, 173, 172 and then gradually rose to a weigh in of 177 at end of the week. But averaged 174.1 lowest weight of the year!

167.5 but I realize I can't go lighter right now. Seems come marathon I need to be more like 168-169 anything less and I feel drained.
