I surpassed my initial goal of 172 but didn't quite make it to my stretch goal of 160. No matter. I'm just glad I finally found a strategy that works!

I'll do it again. How about anyone who wants in give me starting weight and goal weight by this weekend. I'll start it up Monday, July 2nd, for another 13 weeks.

I was close to my last goal at the end of may, but then was literally living in a hotel for 4 weeks, which meant eating dinner out and sitting too much. I got to come home on weekends, and I still ran 5 days a week, but it was different way of life. I also didn't weigh myself throughout that time. As a result, I now weigh 139 and I still plan to have 133 as my goal. June was not kind to me and my 30 year class reunion is July 20-21. I was hoping to be at that goal by then, but my new job got in the way!

So in short, I am in for the next round. Start 139. goal 133.
