139.6 inch by inch. I already did my meal planning for this week and stocked up on my veggies, so I'm ready for a big number this week.

Way to go, Peg!
I'm stuck at 148.
I don't get it. I SHOULD have lost weight this week. I tell ya, trying to drop weight when mother nature is messing with your hormones is a BATTLE. I'm going ot have to figure out something...the stuff I used to do to lose weight just isn't working anymore.

157.2 almost back to my starting weight. Truth be told, I was 162.4 on Wednesday after returning from Boston. Time to get serious.

OK, here is the latest. On a side note, I spent the week at a sales conference in Louisville. Thought for sure I'd gain weight but managed to break even. All in all, a good week.

I started having smoothies in the morning instead of ham & eggs & toast. A banana, strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, nonfat yogurt, nonfat milk and protein powder. No other changes and I've been consistently losing 1/2 - 1 lb per week.

I've broken my body's dependence on needing carbs for a 10 mile run. THAT took a while. I used to a charley horse in the intestines when I didn't consume enough carbs, but not anymore. I'm also doing some IF for multiple days. I'm not in a state of ketosis, just fewer carbs.
So, now I'm doing better at losing weight, while running 20 miles a week.
