Sat - 5.7 miles with 2.7 in Old First Night Run Race - 1st master, 1s AG, 68th overall
Sun - 13 easy miles

Tues - 5 with 8 x 1min on/off; Weights & core
Wed - 5 easy miles
Thurs - 5 tempo miles on hill course

Haven't done this in a while...Finally running well, injury free.
Mon: 9.1 miles easy untimed
Tue: 8 miles with 4x1000 on the track: 3:19.3,3:18.6,3:17.3,3:15.1
Wed: 8.1 miles easy untimed
Thu: 7 miles easy untimed
Fri: 4 miles easy untimed
Sat: 8.1 miles with 5K race 16:45 6th Overall/1st Master 91.14% AG
Sun: 10 miles easy untimed
Week: 54.7

Tue - 8 easy with some strides
Wed - 10 with 3x10min @ 6:45
Thu - 8 Easy 7:46
Fri - 10 Easy 7:48
Sat - 16 fast finish with last 6 moving down from 7:36 > 6:46
Sun - 8 recovery
67 for the week
1580 YTD
Hamstring FINALLY starting to feel good for the first time this summer. Am tired due to the ramping back up of my mileage. Takes me a while to readjust to this level. Planned for 72 this week.
Mon - 5 recovery
