YTD   104        My back cannot take the strain of running yet.

Sorry Kevin but it's good you are listening to your body.

After zero miles last week due to my calf, this week went ok:

Tue - 3
Wed - 4
Thu - 5
Sat - 6.5
Sun - 16 - This run went quite well.  I'm making sure to include hills as I know Boston is hilly - todays run had 502' of climbing.

Week - 34.5

Sorry to see/hear that you are still struggling, Kevin.  Hope you are 100% when I see you in May.

Step back week as I was travelling for work (and tired):

Mon - Easy 5.2 miles over Dunwoody Hills
Tues - 10.5 miles (4 x 1.5 mile repeats @ tempo pace); Core and Strength work
Wed - 2600 yds swimming; 4 easy miles in the heat of the late afternoon
Thurs - Travel to Tampa for work - meetings and dinner and such; Core and Strength at hotel gym
Fri - 5 easy miles squeezed in before meetings
Sat - 18 miles with last 6 @ MP
Sun - Day off

Totals:  Run: 43 miles
           Swim: 2600 yds
           Bike: 0

Take care Kevin.  I know it's frustrating when you don't heal as quickly as you'd like but sounds like you're doing the smart thing.

Nice to see your mileage this week Tim!

Very busy week but I managed to fit in a decent amount of training!

Mon - Swim 2400 yds
Tue - Pilates, 7 mi easy
Wed - Core/strength, Swim 2600 yds, Bike trainer 30 mins
Thur - Pilates, Video swim analysis 1000 yds, 6 mi easy
Fri - Swim 2400 yds, 7 mi easy
Sat - Core/strength, family dinner
Sun - Bike 11.4 mi to pool following family stuff
