It sure is gross here, Kevin.  It was even gross in State College (which should be in the low 50s already but was 75 and sticky yesterday).

M - 7.3 trails
T - 6.05 commute
W - 6.05 commute w/ 6x strides
Th - off
F - 6 recovery w/ 6x strides
S - "19" (watch read 18.9 including some missed turns, dunno which is right) w/ 1700' gain/loss on 50-mile course
S - 27.3 w/ 2600' gain broken into 6 legs for the Tussey Mountainback relay (ave pace ~7:39)

Week - 71.7

Mon - Rest day due to sore hip and swim conflicts
Tue - Core/strength, Pilates, 45 min Aqua jog, PT session
Wed - Swim 2350 yds, 3.5 mi test run
Thur - Core/strength, Pilates, 45 min Aqua jog, 4.5 miles
Fri - 5.5 miles, Swim 2600 yds, PT session
Sat - 15.5 miles
Sun - Family stuff

          Week   YTD
Run      29      889  Plus Aqua jog 45 min x 2
Bike       -       808
Swim   4950  204,810

ITB issues diagnosed on Tuesday.  Rehab and fast improvement.  Back on track for marathon training.

I wondered if anyone was running Chicago...I know a lot of the folks on Hal's site used to run it.

Nice job. Enjoy recovery.

Wish I had recorded it...American runners did great! cheers
