My left vs right foot
With some issue on my right foot, I noticed during this morning's run that my left foot was fully relaxed while my right was stressed.
I always thought my right foot problem a result of chronic wear and tear. Why don't I have any problem with my left foot? Not at all. So it could be my right foot landing wrong. It could be my right foot muscles were never relaxed.
Chicken or egg? I will probably never know the answer.
While we pay attention to our running forms and listen to our bodies, please relax and feel your feet as well, especially while they don't have any problem.
As it turns out, our feet is part of our bodies.

Re: My left vs right foot
I always felt my left foot acted a bit stranger then my right. So I usually slap it around a bit and it straightens out.

Is your left or your right your dominate leg?

Define dominate leg?
I kick soccer with the right, but can stand single footed longer with the left.

Kick soccer will work...so, you are right footed. That means that your stride will generally favor the right leg. More impact on the right foot over time may have something to do with it.

It could be your right foot is a little weaker structually and, over time, it's starting to become noticeable.
OR could it be the constant, unnatural position of sticking your right foot in your mouth is causing the problem?
Discuss.

I am right foot dominant, but normally stick my left foot in my mouth.

Seriously, though....I'm right foot dominate and this is where I've always developed injuries in the right leg...IBTS and PT. I've also noticed that when I get fatigued, my left foot starts to get sloppy on foot fall. hmmmmm
