This was supposed to be my triumphant return back to running. Then...
M: 20min on treadmill. No knee pain.
T: 30min on treadmill. Dull ache after 25min.
W: 17min on treadmill. Ache showed up at 15 and decided not to push it to 20.
Th: Rest.
F: Oh, shit, I have the stomach flu.
S: More shit. Ha.
Su: Well, I'm human again, but I'm probably not running again until tomorrow or Tuesday.

Finally broke 40 miles for the week with a so-called long run of 12 miles and running every day this week

Mon: Arms Shoulders and Triceps + Ab Ripper + 5 miles
Tue: 5.5 miles w/ 5 x 800 + Plyometrics
Wed: Back and Biceps + Ab Ripper + 5 miles
Thur: Yoga x + 5.5 miles w/ 14 x 90sec @ 5k pace w/ 45 sec rest intervals
Fri: Legs and Back + Ab Ripper + 5 miles
Sat: 6 miles
Sun: 14.5 miles
46.5 miles

Why did Tim have to remind me that we only have 5 wks until the Houston Half??
Monday - 5 easy miles after returning from Seattle
Tuesday - 5 miles done as 8 x 400m 1:45 down to 1:38
Wednesday - Easy 5 miles with core work
Thursday - Easy 5 miles (pressed for time)
Friday - 12 miles @ 8:55 pace
Saturday - 7 hilly miles started at 10:14 and ended with 8:12
Sunday - 5 recovery miles
Total for the Week: 44 miles YTD: 1964
Monday - 5 easy miles after returning from Seattle
