It snowed up there on Thurs, Kevin?  None in Arlington.  Sad

M - 17.5mi w/ 30min moderately fast finish
T - 5.7mi recovery
W - 5.1mi w/ some vo2max hill intervals
Th - off
F - 14.45mi easy
S - 4.6mi recovery
S - 17.95mi easy

Week - 65.3mi

Mon: 45 minutes barefoot at new LOW heart rate target (3.1 miles)
Tue: XT, core and calves
Wed: Rest
Thu: 60 minutes in sandals at low HR (4 miles)
Fri: 30 minutes barefoot at low HR (2 miles)
Sat: Rest
Sun: 5.35 miles in sandals at low HR

Total: 14.5 miles

There was about 3/4 inch in Bethlehem on Friday morning when we toured the XC course.

Mon - Day off, Core class
Tues - 6 miles with 6 x hill, Trainer
Wed - Core class, swim
Thurs - 6 easy miles
Fri - 4.5 easy miles while running and touring the course
Sat - XC Club Nationals - 6 miles total
Sun - Travel

WTD: 22.5 miles

All is feeling quite good.  Quads still a bit on the sore side.
