Your Week in Training Aug 14 - 20

Kevin usually has this up between 7-9am eastern, so I'm guessing he's on his annual beach vacay and won't have an opportunity to post it today.  At the risk of stepping on his toes, I guess I'll take the lead as the next-best-thing-to-a-DC-ite we have.

M - 10.05
T - 5.75 commute
W - 8.75 trail/bushwhacking/walking-in-the-spiderwebs
Th - off
F - 10.75 w/ 5x strides
S - 8 trail
S - 21.3

Week - 64.6

Thanks for starting this Mike.

Mon - Swim 2000 yds
Tues - Pilates
Wed - Swim 1900 yds
Thur - AM 6.5 mi w 3x1, PM 3 mi easy
Fri - Farm/family (rest??)
Sat - 11 mi easy with a 2.5 mile harder group run in the middle.
Sun - 20 mi negative split...long run
